When on a visit to Bend I ran across the sharping truck at a flea market. He sharpened my pocket knife to an edge I was extremely happy with. If I lived in Bend I would have him sharpen my kitchen knives as well.

My workhorse chef knife was in pretty urgent need of sharpening and this was especially becoming an issue during prime tomato season. …within 15 minutes my knife was back to top form. It really is an awesome feeling slicing through a ripe tomato with a freshly sharpened knife. Friendly service and extremely professional workmanship!
